Common use cases

• Weekly payouts. Every Monday, generate a payout for each vendor for the previous week, pay them by NEFT/IMPS, and mark the payouts Completed.
• Pay on request. Let vendors request payouts from their Balance page, then process requests in a batch.
• Protect against returns. Set the payout hold to at least your return window, so returned orders are reversed before the money is paid.
