Permissions and roles

• Vendors → Vendor Payouts needs the View vendors permission. Generating payouts and changing status needs permission to manage vendors.
• Vendors see only their own balance and payouts, and need the vendor financial permission in their own team.
• The pages appear only on marketplace stores with the module on.
