Disabling
A disabled warehouse keeps its stock, but its units should no longer count as sellable. CartWhizz doesn't update product quantities when you disable or re-enable a warehouse, so shoppers can keep buying stock that's no longer available. After disabling or re-enabling, always click Resync product quantities on the Warehouses list.
Deleting
Deleting removes the warehouse and all the stock recorded in it; product totals are recalculated without it. There is no undo. Transfer the stock out first.
Resync product quantities
Resync product quantities on the Warehouses list rewrites every warehouse product's quantity from the warehouse figures. It's safe to press any time:
- it never touches products that aren't in a warehouse,
- it only changes products whose figures differ.
It copies the warehouse figures; it can't fix wrong warehouse figures. If a warehouse count is wrong, correct it on the warehouse's Products tab first, then resync.
Use it after disabling or re-enabling a warehouse, after switching the module on, and whenever a product's stock looks different from its warehouses.
