Switch on Warehouses & Multi-location Stock in Settings → Modules.
Open Products → Warehouses and click New warehouse. Enter a Name, a short Code (for example MAIN or BLR) and the address. Tick Default warehouse for your main location.
Add your other locations the same way.
Open each warehouse and type what's on the shelf for each product (see Day-to-day), or use Import CSV.
On the Warehouses list, set the Fulfilment order for the locations after the default.
Check stock: if you already had sales before switching the module on, open Check stock and decide, item by item, whether the warehouse figure or the old product figure is right (see Who owns the number).
