Mailchimp integration
There is no Mailchimp connection in CartWhizz today. You may see Email Provider: Mailchimp and an API Key setting, but choosing Mailchimp does nothing: subscribers stay in CartWhizz and campaigns are still sent by CartWhizz. Leave the provider on Internal.
If you already use Mailchimp (or another email tool such as Brevo or Zoho Campaigns):
- Open Marketing → Newsletter and click Export CSV.
- Import the file into your email tool as a list or audience.
- Repeat from time to time to bring in new subscribers. Remove anyone marked Unsubscribed before importing.
Remember that people who unsubscribe in your other tool are not removed in CartWhizz, and the other way round. Keep the two lists in step yourself.
