Settings reference
The Newsletter is always on. Most of its work happens in Marketing → Newsletter.
Subscribers tab
- Totals: Active Subscribers, This Month (new sign-ups) and Unsubscribed.
- Search by email or name, filter by status.
- Export CSV downloads the list.
- The bin icon removes a subscriber.
Campaigns tab
- Create Campaign with Subject, HTML Body and Text Body.
- Send a draft to all active subscribers.
Newsletter block (in My store → Layouts) — heading text and whether to ask for a name.
Module settings (if shown on the module card)

| Double Opt-in | Not working. Keep it off; when on, new subscribers stay pending and never get emails. |
| Email Provider | Leave on Internal. Mailchimp is not connected and does nothing. |
| API Key | For Mailchimp, which is not connected. Leave empty. |
