Manage your product list
Products → Products lists everything you sell with its picture, name, price, list price, stock and status.
- Search by name or SKU..., and filter by status: Active, Disabled, Hidden, Pending or Rejected (the last two are for seller products on marketplace stores).
- Advanced filters narrow the list by category, pricing, stock, flags and dates. Click Apply Filters; Reset clears them.
- Export All downloads your products as a spreadsheet.
Change many products at once
Tick the products (or Select all … matching the filter), then choose:
- Update Status — for example switch a whole season's products to Disabled.
- Update Price — raise or lower prices together.
- Move to Category — move products to another category.
- Clone — make copies to edit.
- Delete — you are asked to confirm.
- On marketplace stores, Approve Selected / Reject Selected for seller products.
Statuses
| Status | What shoppers see |
|---|---|
| Active | Listed and on sale. |
| Hidden | Not listed in categories or search, but the product page opens from a direct link. |
| Disabled | Not visible at all. |
| Pending / Rejected | A seller's product waiting for, or refused, approval (Product Moderation). |
Deleting
A deleted product goes to the Recycle Bin when that module is on, so you can bring it back. Products that are on old orders stay readable on those orders.
