I deleted a product. Can I get it back from the Recycle Bin? Not today; deleted products don't go to the bin. Contact CartWhizz support quickly.

Why is my Recycle Bin always empty? Deletions elsewhere in the admin aren't sent to it yet.

How long are items kept? 30 days.

Can I change that? Not yet.

Is there an automatic clean-up? No. Use Purge Expired.

What's the safest way to remove products? Disable or hide them; delete only when you're sure, after exporting a copy.
