Restore + permanent delete

Action	Result	Can be undone?
Restore	The item returns to where it was.	Delete it again if needed.
Permanent Delete	The item is gone for good.	No.
Purge Expired	All items past 30 days are gone for good.	No.

Items can only be restored before they expire. After 30 days the Restore option no longer works for them.

Restoring a product brings back the product itself; check its stock, price and visibility before customers see it again.
