Retention + auto-purge

• Items stay in the bin for 30 days. Expires In shows the days left.
• After that, they can't be restored, and Purge Expired removes them.
• There is no automatic purge running: expired items disappear from the list but are only cleared when you click Purge Expired.

The module's Retention Days and Auto-purge settings are not used yet; the 30-day period is fixed.
