Permissions + roles

• Viewing the Recycle Bin needs the view recycle bin permission.
• Restoring, deleting permanently and purging need the manage recycle bin permission (or general settings access).
• The store owner and administrators have both. Give them to other staff carefully, because permanent deletes can't be undone.
