SMS channel page
| Setting | What it does |

| Provider | MSG91, Twilio or Vonage. |
| Credentials | Your provider account details. Secrets are encrypted and shown masked. |
| Default country | Two-letter code (for example IN) added to numbers saved without a country code. Empty uses your store's country. |
| Quiet hours start / end | Time in your store's time zone. Offers wait until quiet hours end. Order updates and OTPs are not held. 22:00–08:00 runs overnight. |
| Messages per second | Sending limit. 0 uses the provider's own limit. |
| Send SMS messages | Turns SMS on or off for your store. |
| Backup providers (one-time codes) | Extra SMS accounts used only when an OTP fails. |
Permissions
Staff need the Manage settings permission to open Messaging. The SMS channel page works even while SMS is off, so you can set it up first.
