Moderation flow

Two checks can apply to a seller's product:

1. Master Products review queue — decides whether a new product becomes a master product, or whether a product that clashes with an existing master gets linked. Found at Products → Master Products → Review queue, with Pending, Approved and Rejected tabs.
2. Product Moderation (if you use Product Moderation) — decides whether a seller's new product may go live at all. Found at Products → Moderation.

How they fit together

• An offer created with Sell This Product from the Master Catalog goes live straight away. You approved the master already.
• A new product a seller creates themselves goes through Product Moderation as usual. If its SKU matches a master, it is linked; if it clashes, it waits in the review queue.
• Once you have approved the first seller's product on a master, later sellers whose products match that master get linked without a fresh review.

No email alerts yet. The Notify admin via email on conflict setting does not send emails today, so check the review queue yourself.

Good habit. Check the review queue daily during busy periods, so sellers aren't left waiting.
