Common use cases

Shop counter or packing desk. Keep a laptop or tablet on the Dashboard with the sound up. Choose a loud sound such as Cash register or Digital alarm and 10–15 seconds so packers hear it over the noise.

Food, bakery and quick-delivery stores. Orders must be accepted fast. Use a long buzzer (20–30 seconds) so nobody misses one.

Quiet office. Use Soft pop or Chime for 1–2 seconds, or switch the buzzer off and rely on the pop-up only.

Marketplace sellers. Each seller hears the buzzer on their own dashboard for their orders. Tell sellers to keep their dashboard open during sale days.

Fewer emails to your inbox. In Notification Preferences, switch off the email for events you don't need (for example every status change), or set them to a daily summary.
