Troubleshooting

No sound.

• Click anywhere on the Dashboard once after opening it.
• Check the tab isn't muted (right-click the tab) and the computer volume is up.
• Check Ring the buzzer for new orders is on in Settings → Notification Preferences.
• Press Preview there: if you hear nothing, the problem is your computer's sound.

No pop-up either.

• Make sure you are on the Dashboard page, not another admin page.
• Check the module is enabled and Notify New Orders is on.
• Reload the page; a sleeping computer may have lost its connection.

"Module Not Enabled" on Notification Preferences. Enable Order Notifications in Settings → Modules.

Sellers say they don't hear anything. They need their seller dashboard open and must click on it once. Their alerts only cover orders with their products.

I stopped getting order emails. Check the Email switch and Frequency for that event in Notification Preferences. Off, Hourly or Daily change when, or whether, the email arrives.
