Permissions + roles

• Changing the buzzer and Notification Preferences needs a staff account that can manage settings (the store owner and administrators).
• Hearing alerts: any staff member who has the admin Dashboard open hears new-order alerts.
• Sellers hear alerts for their own orders on their seller dashboard. They use your store's buzzer settings.
• Shoppers are never sent these alerts.
