FAQ

Do I get alerts on my phone when the admin is closed? No. This module only rings in an open Dashboard. For phone alerts, set up SMS or WhatsApp on the Messaging page, or keep the admin open on a phone or tablet.

Can I use my own sound file? No. Choose one of the 12 built-in sounds.

Can I make it ring longer? Up to 30 seconds per order.

Why didn't it ring? Usually because nobody clicked the page since it opened, the tab is muted, or the Dashboard wasn't open. See Troubleshooting.

Will sellers hear my orders? No, only orders with their products.

Does it change customer emails? The buzzer does not. The Email switches in Notification Preferences decide which emails the store sends.
