Only the Dashboard page rings. If you are working on Sales → Orders or another page, keep a second tab on the Dashboard.
Missed alerts are not replayed. If no Dashboard was open, there is no pop-up later. Check Sales → Orders.
Failed online payments. An order whose UPI or card payment was abandoned may still ring when it is created. Check the order's payment status before packing.
Phone screens. Mobile browsers pause pages in the background. For reliable sound, keep the Dashboard in front on a computer or tablet that does not sleep.
Several staff, several tabs. Every open Dashboard rings, which can sound like an echo in one room.
Notify Status Changes has no visible effect today.
