Admin walkthrough

The list (Marketing → Promotions) shows every promotion with its status and dates. Filter All, Active or Inactive. Use Duplicate to copy a promotion (handy for repeating last year's festival offer), Edit to change one, Delete to remove it.

Creating a promotion has four tabs:

General

• Name and Description.
• Zone: Cart or Catalog.
• Valid From / Valid Until.
• Priority — lower numbers are checked first.
• Stop other rules — when this promotion applies, no promotions after it are checked.
• Usage Limit (total uses) and Per Customer Limit. Blank = unlimited.
• Status — Active or Inactive.
• Coupon (Cart zone only) — Coupon Code and Generate Code.

Conditions — add one or more conditions, and choose whether All of these conditions or Any of these conditions must be true. You can add sub-groups for combinations like "(Mumbai OR Pune) AND subtotal ≥ ₹999". See Conditions + stacking.

Bonuses — add one or more bonuses. See Discount types.

Product page — how it appears in the Available offers card (needs the Product Offers module): label, icon, display texts, terms, and whether to show the coupon code publicly.

Click Create Promotion (or Save when editing).
