• Creating and editing promotions needs a staff account that can manage promotions or marketing (the store owner and administrators).
• Marketplace sellers cannot create store promotions. Conditions can target a seller's products with the Vendor condition.
• Shoppers use coupon codes you share, and see automatic offers.
