Conditions + stacking
Conditions decide when a promotion applies. Each condition has a type, a comparison (equals, greater than, in list, between…) and a value. You can choose that it must be true or must NOT be true.
Conditions for both zones
- Products, Categories, Vendor (seller), Product feature, Product price
- Customer (specific users), User group
Extra conditions for Cart promotions
- Subtotal, Number of products in cart, Product quantity (per item), Total weight
- Country, State, Postal code, Postal code range, Customer City, Customer State, Shipping Zone
- Payment Method, Shipping Method
- Coupon code, Multiple Coupon Codes
- Once per customer, Number of usages
- Previously purchased products, Customer type (guest or registered), Newsletter subscriber, Stock subscriber
Extra conditions for Catalog promotions use the shopper's saved details: customer type, previous purchases, newsletter, saved address (country, state, city, postal code) and usage limits.
Groups. At the top, choose All of these conditions (every one must be true) or Any of these conditions (one is enough). Add sub-group lets you nest, for example "(State is Maharashtra OR State is Goa) AND Subtotal ≥ 999".
Stacking. All matching promotions apply, in Priority order, until one with Stop other rules applies. See Precedence.
