Delivery log
Settings → Messaging → Delivery log lists every message. Filter by channel WhatsApp.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | Waiting to go out, held for quiet hours, or waiting to retry. |
| Sent | Accepted by your provider. |
| Delivered | Reached the phone. |
| Read | The customer opened it (blue ticks). |
| Failed | Rejected, or all retries failed. The error is shown. |
| Suppressed | Not sent on purpose: no phone, no consent, or no approved template. |
Click a row to see the template used, the values filled in, attempts, the last error and links to the order.
Temporary errors are retried up to 5 times. Order updates older than 24 hours and offers older than 7 days are dropped rather than sent late.
