Order updates

In Settings → Messaging → Order updates, use the WhatsApp column to switch each order event (placed, paid, shipped, delivered, cancelled, refunded) on or off and choose its template. Automatic uses the approved template in the customer's language. A cell warns if there is no approved template. The column is locked while WhatsApp is off.

One-time codes

If you choose WhatsApp as a channel in the OTP Verification module, codes are sent with your approved one-time-code template. Codes not sent within 10 minutes are dropped.

Offers

Send offers through Marketing → Campaigns with WhatsApp as the channel. They go only to customers who said yes to WhatsApp offers, always use approved templates, and wait until quiet hours end.
