| Only customers who messaged you receive it | The template has no approved template name, so it was sent as plain text. |
| Messages stay Sent | Delivery reports aren't arriving. Add the webhook link in your provider; for Meta also set the App secret and verify token. |
| Customer gets no offers | They haven't said yes to WhatsApp offers, or quiet hours are holding them. |
| Your number was restricted by Meta | Too many people blocked or reported it. Send fewer offers and only to customers who opted in. |
