Set up WhatsApp Business with Meta, Gupshup or Twilio, and get your WhatsApp number approved.
Create and get approval for your templates in that account (for example order_shipped). Approval usually takes minutes to a day.
Open Settings → Messaging and click Set up WhatsApp (or Settings → Modules → WhatsApp Notifications).
Choose your Provider and enter its details (see Providers). Secrets are stored encrypted; leave a secret blank to keep it.
Under Delivery settings, set Default country to IN so local numbers get +91. Optionally set Quiet hours for offers.
Switch on Send WhatsApp messages and click Save changes. This also turns the module on.
Copy the Delivery status webhook link into your provider so delivered and read receipts come back.
Open Templates. CartWhizz adds draft WhatsApp templates for each order event. For each one, enter the Approved template name and Parameter order to match the template Meta approved, then set it to Approved.
Send a test to your own number.
Open Order updates and switch on the WhatsApp events you want.
