Settings reference
| Setting | What it does |

| Provider | WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta), Gupshup or Twilio WhatsApp. |
| Credentials | Your provider account details (see Providers). |
| Default country | Two-letter code added to numbers without a country code (IN for India). |
| Quiet hours start / end | Offers wait until quiet hours end. Order updates and OTPs are not held. |
| Messages per second | Sending limit. 0 uses the provider's limit. |
| Send WhatsApp messages | Turns WhatsApp on or off for your store. |
Staff need the Manage settings permission to open Messaging.
