Customers list with segments and search

More → Customers lists your customers. Filter All, Returning or New, and Active or Blocked; search by name, email or phone.

Open a customer to Call, WhatsApp or Email them, see their Order history, Edit details, or Block customer / Unblock customer.

Messages

The inbox icon at the top (or More → Customer inbox) opens your live chats with shoppers. Open a chat to reply with text or Send a photo, and jump to View customer or View order. New messages can arrive as notifications.

Product reviews

More → Product reviews: Approve or Hide a review, Reply to it (Post reply, Remove reply), or delete it.
