Common use cases
Morning check: how did yesterday go?
Open Home → Dashboard and pick Yesterday. Revenue, orders and average order value show with a trend against the period before.
Month-end for your accountant
- Home → Analytics → Reports → Sales, choose Last Month.
- Export CSV and send it to your CA.
Or set up a monthly Scheduled Report so it arrives in their inbox on the 1st. Note that revenue includes GST and shipping, and open COD orders count until they are cancelled.
Which payment methods do customers use?
Reports → Payments shows orders and revenue for each method — UPI, cards, COD and so on. Useful to decide whether to keep COD for big orders (see Payment Restrictions).
What is running out?
Reports → Inventory lists low-stock and out-of-stock products and slow movers. Change the Threshold to decide what counts as low.
Who are my best customers?
Reports → Customers shows new vs returning customers and your top customers by spend. On the dashboard, Customize dashboard adds cards such as repurchase rate and customer lifetime value.
Which categories earn the most?
Reports → Categories and the Revenue by Category card on the dashboard.
Paying sellers (marketplace)
Reports → Commissions shows each seller's sales, your commission and what is paid or pending. Pay them from Vendors → Vendor finances.
