Everything shows 0.

There are no orders in the chosen dates. Widen the range. Cancelled, refunded and failed orders are not counted.

I can't open Reports.

Your user group needs the View reports permission.

Revenue looks too high.

It includes GST, shipping and open orders, including undelivered COD orders. Cancel orders that were returned or never delivered.

Yesterday's total doesn't match my orders list.

Reports end the day at 5:30 AM IST (midnight UTC), so late-night orders may fall into a different day.

A scheduled report didn't arrive.

• Is it Active?
• Open Run History for errors.
• Do other emails from your store arrive? Check Settings → Communications → Email Logs and the recipient's spam folder.
• Reports are sent within an hour of being due.

The Commissions tab is missing.

It only appears on marketplace (multi-seller) stores.

The CSV opens with strange characters.

Open it in Google Sheets, or in Excel use Data → From Text/CSV and choose UTF-8.
