Customers

Customers never see your reports. They see only their own orders in their account.

Sellers (marketplace)

Sellers don't get the admin Reports page. They see their own figures on their seller panel's home page, their statement and commissions pages, and can ask CartWhizz AI about their own sales. They never see other sellers' figures or your store totals.

Your staff

Staff see reports only if their user group has the View reports permission.
