Do I need to switch Analytics on? No, it is part of every store.

Is this the same as Google Analytics? No. Analytics counts orders and sales from your store. Google Analytics and Visitor analytics count visitors.

Why don't my figures match my bank or payment gateway? Reports include open and COD orders not yet paid, and include GST and shipping. Your gateway shows only online payments it has settled.

Why does yesterday's figure differ from my orders list? Reports end the day at 5:30 AM IST (midnight UTC).

Can I download the data? Yes, Export CSV on every report tab.

Can I get reports by email? Yes, see Scheduled reports.

Can sellers see the reports? No. They see only their own figures in the seller panel.
