Scheduled reports + CSV export
Download a report now
On Home → Analytics → Reports, pick the dates and tab, then click Export CSV. Money columns show the amount in rupees (or your store currency) without the symbol, so you can add them up in a spreadsheet.
Get a report by email
- Open Home → Analytics → Scheduled Reports.
- Click Create Scheduled Report.
- Fill in:
- Name — e.g. "Weekly Sales Report".
- Report Type — Sales, Customers, Inventory, Payments, Categories (or Commissions on a marketplace).
- Schedule — Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
- Recipients — email addresses, separated by commas.
- Save.
What each schedule covers:

The report arrives as a CSV attachment. CartWhizz checks every hour whether a report is due, so it may arrive at any time of day rather than at a time you choose.
Checking it worked
Each scheduled report shows its Last Run. Open Run History to see each run, how many rows it had and any error.
Pausing or removing
Set a report to Inactive to pause it, or delete it.
