Trigger types
A rule checks each order when it is marked Complete. Only completed orders count — pending, shipped, cancelled or returned orders do not.

Things to know
- Orders are counted per customer account. A guest order is not linked to an account.
- If you only mark orders Complete some days after delivery, codes go out then, not at checkout.
- The Minimum Order Amount trigger compares with the order total including GST and shipping.
- Several rules can match one order; each sends its own code.
