Customer experience

• On the home page, banners in a Banner Slider rotate automatically; shoppers can swipe on phones.
• Tapping the banner (or its button) takes them to the Destination URL or Button URL.
• They only see banners that are Active and within their start and end dates.
• Banners limited to a User Group show only to signed-in customers in that group.
• The first banner loads first so the page appears quickly; the rest load as they come into view.

Shoppers never see a banner's Title — only the image, the overlay and the button.
