- Active but not showing? The banner must also be placed in a layout block (or the block must show all banners), and today must be within its dates.
- Scheduled banner shows early or late. Check the date and time around midnight.
- Text in the image gets tiny on phones. Use the Overlay text instead of writing text into the picture.
- Big images slow the page. Keep files under about 300 KB; the upload compresses images where it can.
- User-group banners are invisible to guests.
- Deleting a banner removes it from every slider using it. Set it Inactive if you might reuse it.
- No click counts. Banner clicks aren't counted in Banners. The Engagement Analytics module can count banner views and clicks.
