Choosing where a banner appears
Banners appear wherever your layouts have a banner block:
- Open My store → Layouts and edit the page (home page, a category page, etc.).
- Add or edit a Banner Slider block.
- Set Banner Source to Pick from existing banners and choose the banners in Select Banners.
So for "this banner only on the Sarees category", put a Banner Slider on that category's layout and pick only that banner.
The Banner Slider can also use Custom slides or Composed slides, which you design inside the block instead of in Banners.
Scheduling
- Start Date — the banner appears from this moment.
- End Date — it disappears at this moment.
- Leave either empty for no limit on that side.
- Only banners with Status: Active and inside their dates are shown. Inactive banners never show.
Check the date and time carefully, especially around midnight.
Who sees it
User Groups limits a banner to signed-in customers in the chosen groups. Leave it empty for everyone.
