Troubleshooting

My banner doesn't appear.

1. Is Status set to Active?
2. Is today between the Start Date and End Date?
3. Is it limited to User Groups? Check while signed in as a customer in that group.
4. Is it placed in a Banner Slider block in My store → Layouts, and is that layout published?
5. Refresh the page; your browser may show an older copy for a minute.

The image looks blurry or cropped.

Upload a 1920 × 600 image. On phones the slider may crop the sides — keep the important part in the centre.

The banner link goes to the wrong page.

Check the Destination URL and, if you used an overlay button, the Button URL.

"End date must be on or after start date".

Fix the dates so the end comes after the start.

I can't save changes.

You need the content permission. Ask the store owner.
