Admin walkthrough — partial returns

Part of a quantity. The customer chooses how many units to return. Refund the amount for those units only: when resolving, enter the Refund Amount you agree, for example ₹798 for 2 of 4 T-shirts at ₹399.

Several different items in one order. The return request covers the order, not a chosen item; the customer says which item in their note. Read the note, and set the refund amount for the item they're sending back.

Restocking fee. If your policy charges one, note it on the return and enter the final amount after the fee. CartWhizz doesn't deduct fees automatically.

Label cost. If the customer pays for the return label and Deduct label cost from the refund is on, the label cost is taken off the refund and noted on the return.
