What does RMA mean? Return Merchandise Authorisation: the reference number of a return.

Can I refuse a return? Yes, with Reject and a reason. Don't refuse defective or wrong items; consumer rules require you to accept those.

Can I refund without getting the item back? Yes. Approve and resolve with a refund straight away.

Do refunds go back to UPI? Gateway refunds go back to the original payment method, including UPI, through your gateway.

Can customers attach photos? Not in the return form today. Ask them to send photos by email or WhatsApp.

Can I offer only exchanges or store credit? Customers state a preference, but you choose the resolution when you resolve the return.

Do sellers handle their own returns? They see their returns and set their policy; settling money follows your store's process.
