Permissions and roles

• Settings → Search Management and Products → Search Settings need the Manage settings permission. Staff without it don't see these pages.
• If the module is off, the Search Management page is hidden and reindexing is blocked. Storefront search keeps working either way.
• On a marketplace, vendors cannot change search settings or reindex.
