| Small spelling mistakes give no results | Fast search is probably Disconnected. Check Settings → Search Management and contact support. |
| Reindex button is greyed out | Fast search is not connected. Contact support. |
| A word in Search words finds nothing | Search words are not used yet. Add the word to the name or description. |
| I can't see Search Management in the menu | Switch the module on in Settings → Modules, and check you have the Manage settings permission. |
