Troubleshooting

Events Manager shows no activity.

• Is Facebook Pixel on in Settings → Modules, with the right Pixel ID?
• If Cookie Consent is on, accept Marketing cookies when testing.
• Turn off ad blockers or use a private window.

Purchases are missing.

Add the Conversions API access token. Online orders count once the payment succeeds; failed payments don't.

Events still go to Test events only.

Clear the Test event code in Configure.

"Invalid access token" warnings in Meta.

Generate a new token in Events Manager and paste it again.

The numbers don't match my orders.

Meta reports by ad click and view windows, may model some conversions, and can't see visitors who reject cookies. Compare trends rather than exact counts.
