Can I import reviews from another platform? Not from the admin.

Can customers add photos? Not today.

Can I reply to a review? Not as the store owner today. Sellers can reply to reviews of their products.

Can I edit a customer's review? No. Approve, reject or delete it.

Will deleting bad reviews hurt me? Removing honest negative reviews can break consumer rules and shoppers' trust. Remove only abuse, spam, personal data or fakes.

Do reviews show on Google? Product pages include rating information that search engines can read; whether Google shows stars is up to Google.
