Pick a moderation style

Guests and Require Purchase. Require Purchase checks logged-in customers' orders. Guests can't be checked, so their reviews are accepted. If fake guest reviews are a problem, switch Auto-approve Reviews off so you see every review first.
Write a short review policy on a page (My store → Pages) and link it from the footer: what you remove (abuse, personal data, spam, off-topic) and what you never remove (honest negative reviews).
India rules. Indian consumer guidelines on online reviews (BIS IS 19000:2022) expect stores not to publish fake reviews, not to hide negative ones selectively, and to disclose paid or rewarded reviews. If you reward reviews with points, say so on your rewards page.
