Permissions + roles

• Moderating reviews (approve, reject, delete) needs a staff account that can manage reviews or catalogue content. The store owner and administrators can.
• Changing review settings needs access to Settings → Modules.
• Sellers see and reply to reviews of their own products only. They can't approve, reject or delete reviews.
• Shoppers write reviews when logged in, or as guests with a name and email.
