Switch it on. Open Settings → Modules, find Product Reviews and enable it. Customers → Reviews appears in the menu and reviews appear on product pages.
Choose your rules. Click Configure:
Auto-approve Reviews — on: reviews go live immediately. Off: they wait in Customers → Reviews as Pending until you approve them. New stores often start with it off.
Require Purchase — on: logged-in customers can only review products they bought. (Guests can still post reviews; see below.)
Minimum Rating Filter — leave at 1 to show all reviews.
Save.
Test. Log in as a customer who has bought something, open that product and click Write a Review.
Ask for reviews. After delivery, send customers a WhatsApp or email asking them to review. A small reward helps: Reward Points can give bonus points for an approved review of a bought product.
