Admin walkthrough — channel setup

Getting into the inbox, not spam
When CartWhizz sends for you, delivery is handled for you. If you use your own SMTP server:
- Use an address on your own domain (not Gmail or Yahoo).
- Ask your email provider for the SPF and DKIM records and add them at your domain registrar.
- Send a test to Gmail and check it lands in the inbox.
SMS, WhatsApp and push
Text messages and WhatsApp are set up separately in Settings → Communications → Messaging. Push and in-admin alerts come from the Real-Time Order Notifications and Mobile App modules. Notification Preferences shows these channels next to email for each event.
