Email Settings (Settings → Communications → Email Settings)
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| From Name | Sender name customers see. |
| From Address | Where replies go (and the sender address if you use your own SMTP). |
| Orders / Help / User Accounts / Newsletter department | Reply addresses for each kind of email. Help also receives form submissions. Blank = From Address. |
| SMTP Host / Port / Username / Password / Encryption | Only on stores that use their own mail server. |
| Send Test Email | Sends a test to the address you type. |
Email Templates
Subject, HTML Body, Text Body, Status, language versions, Reset to Default, Send Test, Library, Snippets.
Notification Preferences
Per event and channel (email, push, in-admin, SMS): on/off, recipients, frequency; Enable All / Disable All; Reset to Defaults. Needs Real-Time Order Notifications.
Email Logs
Search, filters, Auto Refresh, details, Preview, Resend.
