Email templates (reference)
Each template has:

| Name | e.g. Order Confirmation. |
| Subject | The email's subject line; can include placeholders like {{order_number}}. |
| HTML Body | The designed email. |
| Text Body | Plain-text version. |
| Status | Active or Inactive. |
| Languages | One version per store language. |
Placeholders
Placeholders in double curly brackets are replaced with real details when the email is sent — for example {{customer_name}}, {{order_number}}, {{order_total}}, {{store_name}}, {{tracking_url}}. The Available Variables box on each template lists the ones that email supports. A placeholder that isn't in the list stays empty.
Your branding
Logo, colours and footer details come from your branding and store settings, so all emails match.
System and custom templates
System Templates are the built-in emails. You can edit them and Reset to Default at any time.
